My hobbies are bike riding, playing pool, weightlifting, traveling, swimming with my family and attending Notre Dame and Chargers games. Did you know . . . that on a field trip to Seaworld in Kindergarten I received a kiss from Shamu? For a few months it ran for just a split second on a commercial.

Jill Chang, Director of Operations Jill Chang

Jill Chang is dedicated to support, contribute, and make a difference through the organizations she serves. She was a founding member of a volunteer driven autism support group which served K-8 families, and their children identified with autism, within the Vista Unified School District (VUSD).  She was a co-presenter at the National Foundation for Autism Research (NFAR) Educators Conference, sharing the successful model of the program she helped develop.

More recently she worked in the Special Education department at a high performing middle school providing support to students with a range of social, emotional, and learning challenges. Prior to joining Epiphany Prep Charter Schools, she was the Office Manager and Assistant to the Director of a non-profit that provides college scholarships to cancer survivors.  While there, she managed all administrative aspects of the organization during its growth phase to include an automation of the application process, hiring staff in multiple states, and a fourfold expansion in the number of scholarships offered.
