Jill Chang, Senior Director of Business Operations

Ms. Chang is dedicated to support, contribute, and make a difference through the organizations she serves. She was a founding member of a volunteer driven autism support group which served K-8 families, and their children identified with autism, within the Vista Unified School District (VUSD). She was a co-presenter at the National Foundation for Autism Research (NFAR) Educators Conference. She worked in the Special Education department at a high performing middle school providing support to students with a range of social, emotional, and learning challenges. Prior to joining Epiphany Prep Charter Schools, she was the Office Manager and Assistant to the Director of a non-profit that provides college scholarships to cancer survivors.
Ms. de Santiago has served six years as an administrator as well as a variety of other leadership roles. She taught Spanish, English Language (EL), and Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID). She is committed to supporting our community and working together as a collaborative team to achieve great results.
